Defective Products Only
All Vynuvelle products are designed with care and undergo thorough quality checks before shipping. If you receive a defective product, please reach out to us through our contact page, or email us at contact@vynuvelle.com and we’ll assist you promptly.
To process any return or refund request, photo or video evidence of the defect is required. This helps our team confirm the issue and provide a prompt resolution.
If your product is confirmed to be defective, you are eligible for a full refund or an exchange.
What Counts as a DEFECTIVE Vynuvelle Product?
A product is considered defective if:
- It does not turn on.
- It shuts off unexpectedly during use.
- It fails to reach the intended temperature.
- The display (LCD or digital) does not function properly.
Condition of Returned Products and Customer Responsibility
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us.
We recommend keeping proof of purchase and a tracking number for your return. If the returned item does not reach Vynuvelle, a refund cannot be issued.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed defective.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal). You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.
Refund Exclusions
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

1-Year Limited Warranty
All Vynuvelle products include a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.
- Functional problems such as failure to power on, failure to heat properly, or display malfunctions.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage from misuse, neglect, dropping, or unauthorized repairs.
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.) that does not impact functionality.
Evidence Requirement:
All warranty or defective claims must be accompanied by clear photo or video evidence showing the issue. This is required to validate the claim and ensure prompt resolution.
