How much is shipping?
Shipping is completely free, and you will receive a tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and typically delivered within 5–15 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that during the holiday season, shipping may take longer than expected
What is your return policy?
If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery as long as: The item is unused and in its original packaging, and you cover the return shipping cost (unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect)
How to be eligible for refunds?
You are eligible for a refund only if product arrives damaged or broken. We will require proof. Once video/photo proof is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund for the product.
